Be Whole Do Good – SMS Consent & Opt-In Disclosure

Be Whole Do Good, operated by Prevail Wellness Academy LLC, offers optional recurring SMS (text message) communications to users who choose to opt in during checkout when purchasing a Be Whole Do Good product or membership.
How Users Opt In
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages during checkout on our public website. During the checkout process, users are presented with information explaining that certain programs include optional recurring text messages.
Within the checkout form, users may choose to check a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox that explicitly states they agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Be Whole Do Good.
Only users who affirmatively check this checkbox are enrolled to receive SMS messages.
SMS Consent Disclosure Language
The SMS consent language presented at checkout appears directly alongside the checkbox and includes the following disclosures:

After Opt-In
Users who opt in receive a welcome text message confirming enrollment and reiterating opt-out instructions. Users may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel a paid membership or other purchases, which are managed separately.
