These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Be Whole Do Good website, programs, memberships, products, content, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Prevail Wellness Academy LLC, doing business as Be Whole Do Good ("Be Whole Do Good," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

1. Eligibility & Use

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Purchases are made by adults, even when content is designed for families or children. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

 

2. Our Services

Be Whole Do Good provides educational, inspirational, and character-based content focused on wellness, emotional resilience, and faith-informed principles. Our offerings may include:

  • One-time digital products (videos, guides, courses)

  • Time-limited programs (e.g., 30-day experiences)

  • Ongoing memberships (monthly or annual)

  • Coaching, mentorship, or live group calls

  • Physical products shipped to your address when applicable

Access is generally granted immediately after purchase, though some offerings may be pre-launched and delivered at a later date.

 

3. Educational Disclaimer

All content provided through Be Whole Do Good is educational and inspirational in nature only. We do not provide medical, mental health, psychological, legal, or professional advice or counseling. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

4. Accounts, Access & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree not to share your access credentials or allow unauthorized use of our Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service, without refund, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms, misused the Services, or engaged in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

 

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Prices, payment terms, and billing frequency are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions

  • Memberships may be billed monthly or annually.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but allows access through the end of the current billing period.

 

6. Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by offer and are disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • One-time digital products and time-limited programs: Refunds may be offered within a specified time frame (for example, within 7 days of completing the experience) if you are not satisfied.

  • Annual memberships: A full refund may be requested within the first 90 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

  • Monthly memberships: Generally non-refundable once billed.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests in good faith according to the terms stated for each offer.

 

7. Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional emails (receipts, access instructions, account notices)

  • Marketing emails (newsletters, updates, promotions)

SMS Messaging

If you choose to opt in, you may receive recurring automated SMS messages related to Be Whole Do Good programs, including daily content and occasional updates.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

  • Reply HELP for assistance

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your membership or other purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Whole Do Good shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
