Part 2: Change Your Movement to Change Your Life with Erica Hornthal

"A change in perspective or posture." That is one definition of movement which I like because it alludes to the mind-body connection.

Part of that connection is that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes affect our body's functioning. But as the "therapist who moves you," Erica Hornthal, shares in this podcast interview, it goes the other way around too. We can intentionally tap into our body to understand what is happening in our mind, change our body movement to change our thoughts and feelings, and use our bodies as one way to get unstuck in life.

In this part 2 of the interview you will hear about why even small shifts in our movement can influence even the largest problems of our life.
