INTRODUCING
Emotional Intelligence
A 5-Week Series of Learning Content
Each week receive the following resources:
1. Engaging Videos
An original ~5-minute animated video for younger kids and a ~10-minute video for older kids and parents, covering different practices of emotional intelligence:
- Week #1: Naming your emotions
- Week #2: Utilizing the breath to feel more calm
- Week #3: Reframing setbacks
- Week #4: Asking the question, "What do I need?"
- Week #5: Creating lasting habits of emotional intelligence
2. Practice Suggestions and Discussion Prompts
With each of the videos you will receive meaningful discussion prompts and guidance on how to incorporate that week's principle as part of your ongoing family culture.
The result? A set of family habits, values, traditions, and regular conversations that develop emotional intelligence.
This type of family culture contributes to:
- A deeper understanding of each other's hearts
- A greater sense of unity and supporting of one another's needs
- A reservoir of peace, compassion, and presence in the home

3. A Library of Guided Meditations
Meditation is one of the most powerful ways to grow in emotional intelligence and to understand it experientially. You will receive a library of family friendly guided meditations that reinforce the principles taught each week.
Over the 5-week series these meditations alone will contribute to:
- Stress relief
- Greater focus on the present
- Connection with self and each other
- Increased patience
- Improved sleep
- Emotional awareness
- And more!
As a bonus:
Four mastermind lectures, recorded exclusively for our community:

Helping our kids process emotions in a healthy way is not easy.
Do you:

Do you yearn to give your kids the best tools to help them become thriving adults?

Experience homeschool frustrations due to your family's emotional struggles?

Feel like the available emotional supports are hard to both find and fit into family life?
If so, we get it.
We have deeply desired to arm our kids with the tools they need, in a way that fits naturally into the flow of family life.

Hello, we're Todd and Ashley Marchant.
As homeschoolers, we have found great success in using video resources to teach our kids difficult concepts. But when we searched for similar resources to help our family grow in processing emotions, we were surprised at the lack of quality resources available.
We created Be Whole Do Good to make wellness practices relatable and accessible to kids, in a way that is convenient and enjoyable for the whole family.
Our Background
"Confidence is the deep sense that you can handle the emotional outcome of whatever you face or want to pursue."
- Dr. Joan Rosenberg, Psychologist, Pepperdine
Prepare your kids to handle the emotional outcome of whatever they face in life:

Gain a Shared Understanding
and language for key principles of emotional intelligence

Strengthen a Family Culture
of regularly practicing tools of mindfulness and self-compassion

Experience Real Progress
and growth through an engaging and enjoyable approach
What our community is saying...

Natalie K.
"My most salient learning has been that I am not my thoughts and how to feel my feelings more. Because of that I have seen progress in my day-to-day happiness and do not sweat the small stuff as much. That has led me to be a calmer parent, and my children are learning these things along with me.”

Maxwell D.
“Be Whole Do Good has allowed me to slow down, love myself a bit more, and better connect with people around me. While I'm still not perfect, I have found a fresh courage in myself that has allowed me to push past my previous limits. I'm very grateful for how this has helped me take greater control of life through small and simple means.”

Hannah D.
"Be Whole Do Good has helped me intentionally find the time to focus on well-being and has given many helpful toolkits."
Our Most Important Investment
As parents, we invest a lot in our kids development. For example, here is the average annual cost per child for common extracurriculars:
Music Lessons
$1,296
(Ensemble Music Schools)
Primary Sport
$883
(Aspen Research Institute)
Dance Lessons
$1,920
(Lessons.com)
Yet, far more important is their happiness. Their ability to navigate life well. Their becoming individuals of goodness and light in the world.

“I would definitely recommend Be Whole Do Good to my friends and family! I love all of the actionable activities and have found it very valuable in daily life. I have had an awesome experience and would not hesitate to recommend it to others!”

Natalie K.
"I have gained the insights I have needed to accept what is happening in my brain without judgment and without feeling alone. This has grown my love of self, which was lacking prior to this experience. Sometimes my over-analytical brain plagued me with unhelpful thoughts or stories, now I can smile and reflect on my thoughts in a distanced way. It’s very refreshing!”

Lori G.
“Be Whole Do Good has helped me to reconsider and revisit old ideas with a new understanding. I have happily discovered effective methods to improve, be more joyful, and find healing in areas of my psyche which have long distressed me.”
